Forums are online

After some persistent database/software problems, the forums are back online (and much improved, categorically and organizationally speaking). However, due to extenuating circumstances (explained in the sticky post inside the forums) all the data was lost.

Users will therefore have to re-register their accounts, and moderation privileges will be delivered to those users who previously enjoyed moderator status.

Although most of the complicated work has been done, the forums will still be subject to small changes over time. You should, however, expect a consistent, reliable, and pleasurable bulletin board experience hence forth.
