Here comes the 2010 Euro Show

Postby scott on Fri Apr 23, 2010 5:38 pm

Hey everyone. Things are moving along with planning and preparation. We have had a few meetings to organize. Reg and I met with BMW, Audi and Mercedes today. We both felt like the response was great. We will be buttoning up things with them over the next 10 days or so.

As a club we should all be involved to make this show a huge success. Things we can do:

-Tell everyone you know about the show and ecourage them to tell others.
-Get involved. If you ask, we will certainly be able to use help in one of many ways.
-Ask for donations whether it is cash or prize draw donations. Keep track of who gave what so that we may give recognition.

The agenda will be very similar as last year.
-Show through the day
-prize draws and finalists for grand prizes around 3pm.
-Tear down show and head to the track with a goal of having the first car out by 5:30
-Track day Sunday morning as well with goal of first car on the track at 8am.

If any of you gents from Saskatoon are reading this, the showing you presented last year was so awesome and inspiring to the club. Part of the planning was to be certain you guys have a great time this year, hense making sure that we have the track available Saturday evening in the case that some of you are not able to spend the night.
A few of us were up getting dyno's done at Performance Plus last weekend. We can see that there is a ton of enthusiasts up there so spread the word guys and gals!
