MEETING MINUTES (July 28, 2010)

Present: Reg Hodsman, Drew Brady, Scott Yasinski, Mark Stewart, Allan Fong.

1.0 Call to order (Reg. Hodsman): 19:17

3.0 Business arising from the minutes:
1.) Club Jackets – There are four jackets remaining. We still need to order a medium, and a small. All in favour to order two small jackets, and two medium jackets.
2.) Driver Education – Last scheduled day: August 8th (morning). Discussion held regarding additional dates. Reg has spoken with Florence regarding evening. Rod has Fridays off, so we can go out earlier (approximately 4pm, until twilight) – also brought up the possibility of perhaps limiting sessions to evenings only next year, with perhaps one full session, in the interest of limiting expense. QCMA is interested in running – discussion regarding how much to charge – all in favour of $40 for non-members, $30 for members.
3.) Euroshow – Invoice – Knight Archer – $500. Novus Auto Glass – needs receipt. Discussion held regarding next year’s show – Pre-show meeting the night before. Move registration desk to entrance at Albert Street. Only need one track session. Have cheerleaders do registration with one member of executive.

4.0 New Business:
1.) Summer BBQ – Discussion regarding possibility of holding a summer BBQ – ?Reg’s house.
